Important information on delivery timescale.
Delivery vary on each item. This is because all our items are specially handmade for each customer. The timescale for delivery once shipped depends on where you live in the world. All delivery timescales are stated on checkout. Please note we only count working day when we state delivery timescales. If you are on a short timescale to receive your items you will be given an option to upgrade to faster shipping. If there is no option to upgrade then please email email@example.com and we will do our best to see if we can deliver quicker for you extra charges will apply. If you are on a short time scale please contact us and we will try our best to rush your order extra charges may apply. Please contact us before ordering to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
Any orders using Special delivery next working day placed after 1pm will not receive the item the following day but the day after this. All orders placed before 1pm will receive there item the following day.
Customers are responsible for paying postage charges. Refunds will be given only for the cost of the item returned. Please allow up to 30days for refunds.
Return and refunds:
All our floral arrangements and floral hair accessories are made to order for each customer and non refundable, unless the item is faulty. If there is a problem with your order then please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our very best to rectify the problem. If you have ordered a wedding package or any artificial arrangement then you will be sent pictures of your items before sending out to you to ensure you are happy with the product/products.
All non artificial floral hair accessories can be returned and refunded. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and send back to us within 30days. Please allow up to 30 days for a full refund on the item only. Postage charges will not be refunded.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
