Terms and Conditions of Hiring Artificial Floral Arrangements & Props

2. Purpose of the Holding Deposit
The holding deposit is intended to secure the safe return of the hired items and to cover any potential damages, loss, or unauthorized modifications during the hiring period.
The deposit serves as a guarantee that the client will take proper care of the items and return them in the condition they were provided.
The holding deposit will be refunded to the client within [specified time frame] after the safe and undamaged return of the hired items.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method used for the deposit.
Deductions from the Holding Deposit.
Any costs associated with damages, loss, or necessary cleaning resulting from the client's negligence will be deducted from the holding deposit.

Return of Hired Items
The client is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the hired items to Silk Infinity Flowers at the end of the hiring period.

In the event that the hired items are not returned, or they are returned in a damaged condition beyond repair, the holding deposit will be forfeited.
Notification of Holding Deposit Refund

The notification will include the refunded amount and any deductions made, if applicable.
3. **Hiring Period**
3.1. The hiring period commences on the agreed start date and ends on the agreed end date, as specified in your booking.
3.2. Any extension of the hiring period must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may be subject to additional charges.
4. **Delivery, Installation, and Collection**
4.1. Delivery and installation will be arranged in advance and specified in your booking confirmation.
4.2. The client must ensure that the delivery location is accessible and ready for installation at the agreed time.
4.3. Collection will be scheduled following the end of the hiring period and should be coordinated with the client to ensure smooth retrieval.
5. **Care of Products**
5.1. The client is responsible for the safekeeping and care of our artificial floral arrangements and props during the hiring period.
5.2. The client agrees not to modify, dismantle, or attempt to repair any part of the hired products.
5.3. Any damage, loss, or theft of the products during the hiring period will be the responsibility of the client and may incur additional charges.
6. **Cancellations and Refunds**
6.1. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to our discretion.
6.2. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the specified cancellation period.
7. **Liability and Indemnification**
7.1. The client accepts full responsibility for the use, placement, and safety of the hired products during the hiring period.
7.2. Silk Infinity Flowers shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of the hired products.
7.3. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Silk Infinity Flowers harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from the use of the hired products.
8. **Intellectual Property**
8.1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, artwork, and proprietary information, associated with our artificial floral arrangements and props remain the property of Silk Infinity Flowers.
9. **Privacy and Data Collection**
